✨ Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer at IFF, you will act as a creative lead, shaping how fragrance concepts come alive visually. From initial mood boards to final campaigns, your work will influence how customers emotionally connect with IFF’s fragrance innovations.

This role goes beyond basic design. You will collaborate with marketing, innovation, and branding teams to create luxury visuals, packaging concepts, presentations, and immersive experiences for global clients.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Creative & Visual Design
• Develop creative concepts including mood boards, key visuals, and storytelling assets
• Design campaign visuals, social media content, ads, and in-store displays
• Create motion graphics and video content to support fragrance storytelling
• Packaging & Branding
• Design packaging mockups, labels, and presentation materials
• Support premium branding for luxury fragrance clients
• Translate emotional qualities such as elegance, sensuality, and sophistication into visuals
• Marketing & Customer Experience
• Design presentations and marketing collaterals for customer meetings
• Support customer innovation days with immersive creative experiences
• Design promotional materials and branded gifts
• Research & Trend Analysis
• Stay updated on design, color, packaging, and luxury branding trends
