📋 Job Description

As a Data Entry Recruiter, you will help the recruitment team identify and organize potential job candidates for various U.S.-based roles. Your main task is to search for profiles on LinkedIn, collect key details, and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets. The position follows the U.S. Eastern Standard Time schedule (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST).

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Review job descriptions to understand skills and experience required.

Search for matching candidates on LinkedIn using filters and keywords.

Collect and record details such as:

• Full Name
• Job Title & Company
• Location
• LinkedIn Profile URL
• Contact Information (if available)
• Notes on relevant experience

Maintain a clean and organized candidate spreadsheet.

Submit daily candidate lists to the recruiting team.

Collaborate with recruiters to achieve sourcing targets.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
