They are now seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager / IT Administrator to handle the company’s complete IT operations, from Wi-Fi and email management to CRM, hosting, and cybersecurity. This is a key technical role ensuring that the organization’s digital infrastructure runs smoothly every day.

As the IT Manager / IT Administrator, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the company’s entire IT setup — including network, email, software, data backups, and user systems.

You’ll be the go-to person for all IT support needs while also managing data security, hardware maintenance, and CRM operations. The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

🔌 Wi-Fi & Network Management

• Regularly monitor Wi-Fi performance and update network security protocols.
• Change passwords periodically to maintain system safety.
• Review traffic logs monthly or quarterly for suspicious activity.

📧 Email & Communication Systems

• Manage corporate email accounts for all employees.
• Ensure proper configuration of email signatures and device setups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve email-related issues promptly.

💻 Laptop & Device Configuration

• Set up, configure, and secure company laptops and devices.
• Install approved software and disable unauthorized admin access.
• Ensure every device has antivirus and encryption enabled.

🌐 Domain & Hosting Management

• Renew domain registrations annually and manage DNS records.
• Coordinate with hosting providers to maintain uptime and performance.
• Ensure security patches and hosting updates are implemented.

🧩 CRM & Application Management

• Manage CRM user accounts, permissions, and data integrity.
• Oversee role-based access control and automation processes.
• Support CRM customization and integration using PHP, MySQL, or Linux basics.

🛂 Visa Information
