We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and guest-focused Receptionist to join our Front Office team at Premier Inn Dubai Ibn Battuta Mall.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests — welcoming them with genuine warmth and ensuring every stay is smooth and enjoyable. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, guest inquiries, and administrative tasks while maintaining high standards of professionalism and accuracy.

Welcome guests warmly and professionally at check-in and check-out.
Handle telephone calls, visitor inquiries, and reservations in line with brand standards.
Manage guest payments, billing, and refunds following approved cash-handling procedures.
Accurately process room reservations and cancellations.
Provide detailed information about hotel services, promotions, and local attractions.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Assist in identifying corporate leads and maintaining strong guest relationships.
Drive customer satisfaction and positive online reviews through excellent service.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Perform general administrative duties including emails, reports, filing, and office organization.
Maintain adequate stock of stationery and front office supplies.
Ensure guest safety in accordance with company security and safety procedures.
To succeed in this role, you must be friendly, proactive, and passionate about delivering great service.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hotel Receptionist or Front Office Agent in a reputable hotel.
Knowledge of Opera PMS (Property Management System) is required.
Proficiency in Arabic and English – speaking, writing, and reading.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
A customer-oriented and professional attitude.
High accuracy in managing payments and data entry.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
