We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our Dubai office. The HR Administrator will be a key part of our internal HR team, ensuring smooth HR operations, accurate record management, and compliance with UAE labour laws.
This role is ideal for junior to mid-level HR professionals who are passionate about people management, organizational efficiency, and providing a positive employee experience.
The Human Resources Administrator supports the HR department in implementing and maintaining policies, programs, and processes that align with TASC’s operational and compliance goals. The ideal candidate will handle HR data management, recruitment coordination, payroll support, and employee engagement activities.
This position requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of HR best practices.
🗂️ Employee Records & Database Management
Maintain and regularly update employee files, HR databases, and digital systems.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and security of all HR data.
Track employee lifecycle changes, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Coordinate with hiring managers to post job openings and screen resumes.
Schedule interviews and follow-ups between candidates and recruiters.
Assist in drafting offer letters and employment contracts.
Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and organizing induction sessions.
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment letters, salary certificates, NOCs, and reports.
Generate HR metrics, dashboards, and performance data for management review.
Maintain compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal company policies.
Assist with monthly payroll processing and coordinate with the finance department for timely disbursements.
Support in tracking attendance, leave balances, and overtime records.
Help administer employee benefits, visa renewals, and insurance updates.
Handle employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures in a professional manner.
Support employee engagement initiatives, workshops, and events.
Maintain a positive and supportive environment across all levels of staff.
Help organize training sessions, performance reviews, and workshops.
Track completion of learning and development programs.
Maintain records of internal and external training certifications.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
1–3 years of HR experience in the UAE preferred.
Entry-level graduates may be considered for junior HR roles.
Experience working with HRIS or HR software systems is an advantage.
Strong understanding of HR practices, employee lifecycle, and UAE labour laws.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good working knowledge of HR systems and digital databases.
Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
