🖌️ Role Overview – Graphic Designer (Amazon E-commerce)

As a Graphic Designer at Inspiratek, you will be responsible for creating conversion-focused Amazon creatives that combine emotional storytelling, data-backed design, and strict platform compliance.

You will collaborate remotely with marketing and product teams to optimize product listings, improve performance metrics, and build scalable visual systems.

🚀 What You’ll Achieve in the First 90 Days

Within your first three months, you will:

Conduct a full visual audit of top ASINs and key competitors in the Amazon bedding category

Redesign image stacks and A+ Content for at least 3 SKUs

Optimize creatives specifically for CTR (Click-Through Rate) and CVR (Conversion Rate)

Propose and execute A/B tests with clear, performance-linked hypotheses

Build a competitor visual strategy matrix to guide long-term brand evolution

🎨 Ongoing Responsibilities

Design all Amazon creative assets, including:

• Hero images
• Infographics
• Lifestyle composites
• A+ Content & Brand Story modules
• Amazon Storefront pages

Apply conversion-first design principles to build trust and increase purchase intent

Ensure all creatives meet Amazon image compliance rules (backgrounds, size, resolution)

Manage files and workflows using Asana, Google Drive, or similar tools

Stay updated on Amazon visual trends, compliance changes, and best practices

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Must-Have Experience

3–5+ years of experience designing Amazon e-commerce visuals

Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite:
